Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

Let’s talk about Chk and discrimination

Former employee here. Found out two of my male coworkers made over $15-20k more a year than myself and my two female colleagues. Younger, less experienced, less educated. Chk loves to treat the little ladies like eye candy in interior offices, while the “breadwinner” men with stay at home wives are making the big bucks. Is the executive team still 100% male? If you know you’ve been treated differently because you’re female, you should seriously consider documenting it and seeking legal advice.

Employees are also discriminated against by so called supervisors that are allowed to give "scores" towards individuals they have no working relationship with whatsoever and rather than people having integrity and abstaining from giving input they place judgment on employees dictating their financial well-being.

And let this be a reminder for all of you CHK security as well as HR and other high ups monitor this stuff on this sight do not post from company computer or company cell phone! Remember guys and ladies documentation and printing out emails and texts are the way to get CHK. Its proven and CHK dont like it that's why the emails get deleted after a period of time!!!

Almost all females are paid less than males at CHK. Unless you are very pretty and fit in the groups it's a fact I know.if your a woman it's even easier to get a class action lawsuit then us men! It's a fact. Why do you think CHK has so many lawyers to keep them out of trouble to a point. It's no secret at CHK corporate office and south Texas. Just most people aren't smart enough to do anything about document save text messages emails and print them out. Enough said.

And no I. Ant just look up some attorneys with good reputation. And do not trust HR they are not your friend. Going to HR about stuff like that is a good way to get run off. Document every issue you are having save emails and texts and print them. Also better to use voice recorder but do not let anyone know that you have it or doing it. Important thing is to document more evidence the better!!!!!

The bullying and hostile environment are well known. HR has done nothing to help. Seeing a lawyer is the only option left.
