So I was RIFd in August along with many other people who actually bring dollars into the company and Zaffino gets close to $3m in bonus. How many jobs would have been saved had that bonus been out back into the work force? I can tell you based on my salary, Zaffinos bonus would have paid my salary for the next 27 years!!! How is there no law suit filed already?
how awful that an executive who also gets LTI gets a multiple of their salary as an STI when all the other drones get a measly percentage this is such an unfair system they should really do what Goldman Sachs does based on company performance everybody gets the same percentage across the board
So all of this would be great to bring to the media. Employees don't get stock, LTI, and pennies for STI. Also most employees didn't get a raise. But the raises were so stingy. What a crock this company is. This has got to go to the media. Some employees in my group didn't get a raise and I got 1% which is an insult

Uh... BD hired Zafino... and Then the cr@p roll downstream from Zafino... we all know He’s the heir to BD and has not show why he deserve so thus far.
I think finding out who makes these decisions to hire such incompetent folks and pay them such outrageous bonuses is more fruitful than blaming the execs who get this sort of money. I mean if someone offered you millions for a mediocre job wouldn't you take it?
way to pz, reduce our sti so you can keep yours and then have the balls to say at a local townhall that no one deserves an sti based on 2018 results. scumbag, greedy mf'ers in exec leadership...……
gee, I wonder why we took a beating on sti so the company could buy back $2B in stock. maybe this has something to do with it? got to keep those investors happy, especially when the execs are the biggest holders of the stock...
