No layoffs but BIG announcements coming on Wednesday. Most likely a sale of the first BU.
Might be an interesting day. Both TT & LL are hosting large conference calls.
And on a payday no less. Makes me wonder if layoff Thursday is coming up.
I think TT will announce raises for everyone.

There will be several hundred people laid off in May, then another large layoff in July. Director in NetOps let it slip.

Uniti is trouble until they can find another company to lease their assets. The current tenant is having challenges which impacts the landlord.
It's a cheer leading session to distract the employees while the executives continue to loot what's left of the company.

Windstream shouldn’t have sold the assets and leased them back. Then they wouldn’t have to make a lease payment every month.
Uniti purchased the assets and leased them back to Windstream. Uniti still owns the assets unless they unwind the REIT.
The reason Windstream filed bankruptcy is they sold the assets to back their debt.
Sorry to break it to you, but Uniti owns the Network. If Win can’t pay, Uniti can look for another carrier to use the network.

Not likely - they’re in financial trouble, too.
They are bleeding the company dry as they run it into the ground. There will be massive layoffs over the next several months and the executive team will bank that money. They cannot come out of chapter 11 until they restructure the $7B in debt, and they havent been able to restructure a dime so far. The end is near Windstreamers, start looking for another job.
