Cox owns Rhode Island
Verizon serves all of NJ, Massachusetts
Frontier serves all of CT
FCC will NEVER appove the sale to comcast, that means they would have control over 80% of state. That's too much power.
Now a sale to Charter would make sense, as they have very little in NJ.
