Nearly 11am and time for folks (Esp SW) to start arriving at the office, ready to get coffee and read email before noon lunch.

@6iwa - well put. I interviewed few Q guys and they all seems think they are entitled to the salary, bonus, title, rsu .... Essentially they want Bay area salary and benefits, at least one level title jump, 30-50% base increase. Seriously :) ? They probably been in the toxic environment way too long and forgot nothing is granted in this world. Everyone shall contribute and earn their respect and salary! It's not what you have done in the past but what you can bring to the table ! Good luck you all.
You guys s---. You get paid way too much. You feel entitled, thinking Qualcomm owes you something. Your attitudes are poor and you are lazy. Get your a-- into work on time and do your job. It's not leadership destroying the company,it is you,and all those with this same attitude. You signed ontowork here, agreed tothesalary and benefits, and now that it is time to do the job you fail us all. You let down every employee that cares about the company and goes into work each day trying to make Qualcomm as awesome as it can be. You slow us down. You lack honor. Go find your dream job with your hypothetical perfect company that doesnt exist. You will not be missed here. We will be better off without you.
4pm : getting empty in the office !
Execs in their leather easy chairs aboard the exec jets heading to a comfortable compound of luxury after a hard week laying off, #hashtagg'ing and scuppering projects to embolden their wallets.
But just how Early..........2pm ?
Oh and remember to send some pointless email 'updates' late on Friday evening, by way of 'work'
LET ... long weekend ahead.
How long is this model sustainable?
A long time, just as long as the license money rolls in.........
Sounds exactly like Sensors Tech.
Even the "Director" didn't roll in until 11:00. Just in time to join the 45 minute morning coffee break. This, naturally, transitioned to a 1.5-2 hour lunch. Then, there was another 45 minute coffee break at 3:00. I estimate "developers" did a good 2.5 - 3 hours of real work a day.

Everybody is on India and China time these days with late-night phone calls.
Sure thing buddy. Whatever.
10th floor isnt trying to create value. They are trying to take value for themselves !
Sad thing is all of you 3 to 4 hour workers are creating more value than the 10th floor. This is not a joke.
that's not a new thing lol
We come in late so we can work on your c-ap late at night with China, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Munich. Get over it, we are also tired of working late and coming in late. QCT is not a 8 to 5 kind of job.
