Any info on store cuts?

Your job is safe, but you will only be scheduled to come in 1 day a week for 3 hours

@enw-- Tell that to my manager. I have been breaking the seal by myself for two years. If i'm not there, anyone can do it. No one cares and we don't have enough people to spare to have two people go and break a seal on a truck.

As sales continue to drop one person will be able to stock the store themselves. One cashier only. Cleark can unload the truck once every other week and take 2 weeks to work the load

I see the 12 remaining non-supervisory FT associates left in the company being termed and the positions eliminated. I also see any remaining supervisors that are not the SM loosing FT and benefits, but being offered their job in a PT status. For the Sears side, that only applies to leads and zone supervisors. For Kmart and Sears ASMs are going to go away at some point, and they may or may not be allowed to reapply for a PT position doing the same job but w/o benefits and less pay.

My sensors indicate no cuts at store level, just cutting and realignment at SGM level and above.
