I see a lot of my college friends that work in the same business are doing better than I’ am. They make better money and definitely have enough time to spend with their families. Don’t get me wrong, those are some people, and I also am a high performer, but when you work at SS that is a quality that is unappreciated. Feel like the way of SS is to drain every energy from its worker for as little money as possible and when a worker gives all he can, then they cut him and outsource his position. That’s a process that seems to repeat itself. With every day that I come to work, I realize more and more than I chose the wrong company.

@XicN2HC My advice is to find another company to work for. Believe me I know as a former employee of State Street when I started the corporate culture was very different. It meant a lot to be working for such a reputable company as State Street and I felt very fortunate. With the constant relocation of positions to India how can any feel appreciated.
Well what are you waiting for? Life is way to short to do a job you’re not enjoying or being appreciated for.
