If this does go 7 tomorrow will there be no severance for current employees in the clean up mode for stores that closed on 1/6 ??

The penalty for violating the WARN Act would be... a fine which the bankrupt company has no money to pay? Sounds like it does effectively exempt them, @djh.

Severance is not required regardless of the circumstance(s)
