Well looks like the cost cutting measures across the board have started. They have started reducing staff in the functions and put hiring for most reqs on hold. must be awesome to be let go after being with a company for three weeks.
They will also be closing or reducing in size some of the "key" location that they have stated "arent going anywhere" also good luck to all of those WFH folks.....they are taking the Honeywell "you must work at a hub location" policy. Good luck to all....
7qkb - re5h1tio is definitely going the must work at a hub and no WFH route. I think they are using as a tool to reduce workforce with no packages. The old "your job is moving to" BS. They are also reducing some of the sites and they will either go away or be drastically reduced further limiting choices to work in a "hub" location.
WFH. Hmmm. i'm on calls with India all day. constantly hear wives yelling, kids screaming, car horns blowing, dogs barking. now is there an exception in India for WFH or, are all these distractions now permitted in Honeywell India Hubs while daddy works?

I don’t think this is about Resideo. Although, I could be wrong. I believe it’s about Hon cutting ties and still having to trim because our numbers are not so great. The Hub strategy has been in play for 9 months. Hopefully everyone has read the writing on the wall and is prepared. Get the popcorn out. The show is about to start.
Fake News! I work in resideo and no such actions are taking place. We are hiring all over and there are no staff reductions taking place. I think all of the bitter honeywell folks are jealous.

This persistent anger is unhealthy. Honeywell doesn’t owe us a job. We don’t owe Honeywell our labor. A healthier reaction for anyone who is so bitter is to leave. Go find a new company where you can contribute positively to their success.
