EM and cronies... I left and have evidence that the school I worked at misled students by telling them certain companies hired but they never did. I left and I have this information. Is this enough to get their loans forgiven? Where should I go from here.?

Oh please, that’s childs play.
DCEH has been in violation of Dept of Ed compliance for MANY transgressions
It's beyond OPH. Way beyond that POS.
OPH
So predictable from the weasel employees. Hunker down, stay below the radar and then complain about being treated so unfairly when you're canned for all your window dressing complicity.
Contact a lawyer! Wouldn’t be the first time it happened.
Not sure anyone cares about “proof” unless students come forward in a suit against DCEH, AU or Ai. You can save it for a trial if it ever goes that far. From everything I’ve seen Ai AU and DCEH do, there is nothing illegal just immoral. The law doesn’t forbid immoral actions in the USA.

Unless there is a way to retroactively charge DCEH employees for these loans you should leave it alone. How awful are you that you only care to bring this forward now. After you've been paid and the damage is done?
