GE will spread holiday cheer again for Power

Who wants to bet GE will layoff more Power employees this holiday season? They will be spreading that good ol GE holiday cheer. While the union and company figure out a way to screw the union workers left.

I for one am going to get my layoff notice and walk out of this place and never return. This place sold nothing but pipe dreams but the reality is that of total unorganized and heartless let downs. Day after day after day day after day year after year.

The union blows smoke where the sun doesn’t shine, the company gets their way and the T Rates got the shaft time and time again to protect the d rate legacy members and their pay and pension. I can not wait until I get layoff my slip. So I can hit the egg nog hard this year.

Eggnog and layoffs = Not having to work with those young unskilled Dr Know it all managers who are under paid and over worked. Those dumb managers do it thinking they also have a career. Ha ha ha we will walk hand and hand to the bread line.

Eggnog and vodka on sale this weekend in preparation for the HOLIDAY LAYOFF SEASON. Better stock up.

So the t rates are more skilled ????!!!! Lmao why has ever facilator tell me that the quality of work and intelligence level dropped when the new pay scale came into effect? I had to have a degree and trade schools to get my job what about you t rate?!

D Rates are not skilled. They knew how to walk when they wanted something. Now the t rates have no backing from the hall to gain anything. The hall protects the d rates and keeps the post 2011 hires hanging on with false hopes and dreams to protect the legacy members. So the d rates are not skilled, they couldn’t produce like the t rates can and they get paid more. Figure that out?

Seems funny we’re Union “ Brothers “ when paying dues or voting or marching for benefits we didn’t get. Not to wish ill will but I’ll do a backflip when the pompous among the D-Rates are getting laid off or losing their pensions. Just too bad the good D’s will suffer as well!

@Wp8lfw5-mnt I’m sure Walmart has job security with no union. I use to work at the Walmart distribution Center in Johnstown and it paid more than GE over time. So don’t try selling that line you must be a d rate or something

D Rates stay and the unskilled Temp Rate gets laid off! I will be waving from this side of the fence when it happens again. Temp Rate protected the D Rate and my job. Ha Ha Ha

You can leave at anytime you don’t have to actually come to work. You didn’t have to accept the job in the first place either. You were more then happy to get the job so quit crying now.
