Document 816, page 13 states that by Nov 21 the list of assets to be auctioned as "go foward stores" must be entered on to the docket at prime clerk. If currently open stores are not on that list does that mean they could or will be closed?

@orw You are correct. Eddie can control which stores stay open or close regardless of any "list" they are on through the auction process. The "lists" mean absolutely nothing. If someone else bids as well things will get interesting. Remember everyone, Eddie has aligned himself with a liquidator who closes all the stores in a company. Also, the creditors want the whole company liquidated immediately. Once the 3rd quarter results are published along with the holiday sales numbers the stores are done.
Judge Drain has given the final order that Eddie can liquidate any pretty much any store or location he wants as long as he files with the court. The creditors have given their blessing.
There is a list of the designated stores..around 200?
Also odd in docket 816 the schedule 1 list of go forward stores is blank pg 53
I guess they may be posted on 11/21/18 - to be filed on docket

Any store can be closed. The store lists are fluid and can be altered at any time by going before the bankruptcy judge. There are approximately 505 stores left. They could include all or part of them in the initial filing and add or delete stores as needed. After the 3rd quarter results and the holiday sales numbers are released it won't make any difference anyway.
I’ve been searching for the list of the 500 stores, I couldn’t find it. Have they posted it yet?
