@vwg Sears are being redeveloped at an average of $150/sq ft by Seritage. With their rents they're getting on the properties, their profit is effectively zero, and they're even suffering losses.
Good luck getting back all the converted At Home, U-Haul and other places! Not all of them are empty and decrepit as posters on here would have you believe as many Kmart's are being sold off and redeveloped by other places.
You could give Eddie $1 trillion dollars and he would lose $2 trillion dollars if he tried to put it in Sears.
And Lowe’s just dealt with the debacle with OSH which Sears owned before so they’d be insane to give Sears a try.

Managing to lose hundreds of millions of dollars at Christmas is totally a great sign for the year ahead.
Yeah good luck with that.
My plan is to win the lottery, date super models, and be forever young!!!
Oh wait, this isn't fantasy island?
Thanks Mr. Bezos, your swell!!!
Obviously, someone would need hired that actually could run this type of company. And no one will work with EL that has a brain
