I heard rumors of blood-letting in Southfield. Anyone?

Overheard managers discussing moving some groups. Said there'd be more room after some event in mid December. Definitly referring to RiF from the context.

If you don’t know there is going to be another big layoff in the next couple of months then your head is in the sand — or somewhere. It’s definirely happening. Widespread including DSTHS and other segments.

They're closing the Michigan office - this was the plan from legacy DST and has nothing to do with the SS&C takeover. There arent going to be further large layoffs at DST. It's over - get back to work

Anything further you can share on the mid December layoffs? Areas of the company? Where it was heard?

Besides @1mvu, word is starting to come out of lay offs in Southfield. They're closing the office, everyone left will be remote. Some have already been let go, some have until the end of the month.

Also hearing comments about a mid December layoff that will effect other parts of the company. Anyone know more about that?

Yes it was. Thanks to the new CTO of Health Solutions (rhymes with Cod), I do not have a job. When will someone tell the new president of HS what a tool he is. He is killing the organization and driving morale into the ground.
