I chatted with some Juniper folks at nxtwork today. They ALL are scared and morale is in the toilet. All the layoffs and attrition and lack of information has the people I talked with very depressed. They are all looking to jump or just waiting for a package. As a Juniper customer we’ve see this too. Our account team has been cut in half. Cisco and Arista want our business a lot more. I’d have to think this is the last hurrah for nxtwork.

You don’t know anything about the customer/sales relationship then. Customers do have friendly relationships with sales, se’s, product managers etc. This is the stuff of real conversations....
The reply wasn't to you, it was to the OP.
As if the Juniper folks are going to tell some random person all the stuff they posted. It's a fantasy that they would just open up to someone they've never met at NXTWORK.
@VzmKzpF-1jlv: What do you mean by "Sure you did"? Is this supposed to be sarcasm? If yes, why is it hard to believe that I got out of networking? It is a known fact that networking companies such as Cisco/Juniper pay less than software companies.
Sure you did.
@VzmKzpF-cvb: Can you highlight how Cisco is better than Juniper? I am an ex-Juniper employee, agree that Juniper is BS, but thought the same about Cisco.
Disclaimer: I got out of networking after disappointment with Juniper.
Yes, I am at Cisco from Juniper. Agree 200% with @VzmKzpF-hyw. Believe me, its a different world - completely. Once you see what's going on here, it will feel ridiculous to even surmise that Juniper considers them a Cisco competitor - they are not even close! Come over.
Come to Cisco, we are hiring big time. JNPR is a dead horse.
