Thread regarding Dream Center Education Holdings, LLC (DCEH) layoffs

Students should sue

Considering everything that's been going on and that students are the ones realistically most harmed in all of this, I think they should join forces and file a class action against DCEH for fraud.

I'm sure there are plenty of lawyers who will take the case for the publicity alone.

My advice to you kids, go for it!

Students should file for closed school discharge and rid themselves of the filth that is DCEH.

@Vu2Ku99 I dont know if you work there or not , but if DCEH has the same “business model” like EDMC did.. you may not be aware but there is an “arbitration clause” on the enrollment contract that block students to any law class action. Why do you think for profits can still scaming students and tax payers ??? Do your research! If you work there help to the cause informing the students!! Predatory school practices ..

Promises...promises.. every ADA I have ever known sticks in some very exciting (and not true) words about the outcome of the degree. If I had a dollar for every time I walked down the hall and overheard an admissions person doing their sell job, I would be rich. So glad I left this sham.

Which part are they suing about? Signing a legal document to take out loans for colleges that are too expensive for them?
