It's been horrid here for quite some time. And, quite frankly, no. There are no true leaders left in this organisation.
I’ve never seen a group of unprofessional gossipers in any company. If this trivial banter is indicative of daily work conversations it is no wonder a once powerful force in the RTOS space is now a fraction of what it once was. After all the layoffs over the past 5 years how do these people remain?

Yep more layoff at the end of the year. Management you managed to last this long its about time.
It is foolish to think that a single layoff is all. Besides the fact that McAffee had several under TPG, there is no way one correction will fix all. If you feel uncomfortable in your position, start looking now.
