Well... you finally did it DCEH. You laid off the last of the best and most dedicated people we had at the San Diego Ai. Many of the people you laid off have been the life-blood and morality at this campus... we are all saddened by the true artists and good people to go and we are all devastated. I have no words. Still in shock 3 days later and never want to come to work again. We love you so much Laura and John!!!

@2baa - they read everything that’s posted on here. They’ve used this site to figure out which schools are talking and where the leaks are coming from. Why don’t YOU send messages to them directly?
All schools had massive layoffs this quarter, didn’t matter if it was an open school or one announced as closing.
DCEH appears to have an agenda of taking write-offs and minimizing the personnel of the AI system thereby increasing its own market share in the field. Has DCEH put ANY monies into the betterment of the AI schools? I don't see any commercials being run for the Art Institutes but I see a lot for Grand Canyon University. And what was all that talk about rebranding? What happened to that? IMHO, I think it's too late now. 2019 is going to be a huge forthcoming.

so many good things have been said about Ai San Diego - what shame - obviously dceh is shutting down ai or they would be more careful who they let go.
We are only positions to DCEH (and EDMC). They don't care who the people are who hold these positions, or that John and Laura were among the many people who made Ai San Diego one of the best of the best campuses at one time.
I assume John and LC are living their best lives right about now... but literally some of the best coworkers and people I have ever known in my life. All of our students WILL suffer without their kind souls. Thanks for making a bad situation worse, DCEH
Supposedly, its a "restructure". No word on what that means exactly.
When they did the same thing in Vegas, they let go of three amazing and wonderful directors who were the driving forces in Academics. Crystal, Heather, and Todd. Now its just on one person, the Dean, to direct, manage, supervise, and advise all programs taught on our campus.
Omg...I’m not surprised by much and not sure why I keep looking at this feed, but I CANNOT believe they laid off John and LC! So eff’d up. So they are just closing now or what?
