It seems as if layoffs will be a way of life after the November 20, 2015 layoff. I think promoting SM to the head of the company was a big mistake. That's when the Qualcomm downturn started. Get rid of SM and Qualcomm will probably become a good company again.
@1dkc, agreed. The same bunch of wireless/telecom engineers trying to disrupt AI and Automotive. Destined to fail.
There's quite a few successful new products being developed and brought to market by ex-Qualcomm folk. Why did SM lay off innovators and producers, and keep the dead wood? When will the Board do their job?
