Thread regarding Dream Center Education Holdings, LLC (DCEH) layoffs

Erica Fleming was always a fraud. I was at MIU for almost 15 good years till the decay started in 2012. I left then thank God.

Shes a flake and all she did was reporting to Pittsburg and preach the faculty endless sermons.

I can't believe she's still there.

Don't look back guys. I personally had a great time in those years and left right before the debacle. It really was a racketeering business!!

The past Dean was super shady, he quit because he was afraid all his lies would come out and he would be fired. It was common knowledge between faculty that he spent most of his day behind a locked door in his office sleeping.

Totally misinformed about how caring this past dean was. our loss.

Whomever said the past dean was a liar or didn't care about the professors is full of sh--.

Ai was never of interest to DCF, from an article March 6, 2017, “the least aligned institution to the Dream Center’s mission would be the Art Institutes. But he said the foundation would consider offering more technology training degrees through the Art Institutes to fill growing job market needs.”

How were the lies crosschecked? What about Dean Cox...wasn't he a liar too?

Can't believe you bought the Dean's lies. That man was so full of it. Every word out of his mouth was total c-ap. 2 Phds and 2 Masters? Lol!! And all the stories of his multiple biznesses....restaurants....riiiiiight...

@VlC0fwX-ffe you apparently knew nothing about the past Dean. He lied about everything from his age to his degree to all the "fake" money he had. Most of the faculty knew this and were glad to see him go.

I know the Former Dean and his only issue was that he tried to get things done and was stymied from all sides. He has lots of money and didn't need that job. Ultimately, he had to protect his own name by not being associated with b---s---. Erika makes 250k a year. No wonder she had tears! The lease isn't up for another 2 years,btw. The Dept. chairs were laid off! They're title has changed and so has their pay. Now they are FTF, so just like other ppl they were laid off and rehired.

The Miami location has a 99 year lease with the Omni. Aside from all the layoffs, breaking that lease will probably break DCEH.

DCEH agenda clearly does not include AI brand. What their agenda is remains to be seen. We all drank the KoolAid

Erica Fleming was a joke who allowed recruiters down there to rob EDMC & DCEH. She should have been fired long ago and if she us still there kiss that school goodbye

Reality check please- how many years have all of you had to prepare for the inevitable?

Ethically many of us have moved on to credible well deserved academic positions - all of you were told the truth way too many times.

Dept Chairs were not laid off. Only 1 was. The others were converted to Full Time Faculty. Former Dean/Provost had tons of issues.
