It's not fake news if their court documents filed in Santa Clara County, Superior court. This also means that the AG's office is envolved. Fed's are involved as well. What these individuals did not realize, that they are facing fines (Asset forfeiture and seizure) ,jail and deportation. Then the fall-out to their family and friends.

The court documents have been posted on several sites now. Q saw that post in the link, asked Apple to investigate, Apple refused and now Q is suing because of that.

The „evidence“ Q has is a troll posting on this website. Says a lot about Q, really.

Yes. Qualcomm is using troll postings from a troll site as evidence. They are really that dumb.
