I just got off a team call with my VP. She too has heard the rumors and inquired with Senior Leadership. She was told "There is NO Management Buyout being offered!" This is all a hoax. There will likely be a RIF in November.

I believe it was a hoax.. I don't know of anyone who got a package today out of more than 20 managers and supervisors and craft that heard the same rumor all who have more than 30 years and re all waiting on such an arrival.

Heard an offer will be released Friday of this week but possibly Monday if three can’t tie up all the loose ends. Also, strong likelihood it will be for 25+ years to those who will be offered a buyout.
