A fake degree is utter garbage.
I've seen some incomprehensible emails and presentations but this takes the award for utter garbage.
I strongly suspect there are many other dubious claims of qualifications.............not going to name names, but since HR is AWOL, some of those manpower folks dont appear to know basic stuff. Fluffy resumes for sure.
