Didn't everyone love the town hall? When you present a "word cloud" that your 350+k/year leadership team worked on at an offsite like a high school student council on a leadership retreat its a great use of time. Especially when one of the words is ethical and you have a culture among your asset mangers and engineering supervisors to lie and manipulate data to make themselves look good rather than acting in the company's interest. At least HH had the balls to say that people don't leave companies they leave supervisors. Now lets see if she has the balls to follow through on dealing with all the bad supervisors since we still have people quitting left and right after yet another layoff.

It was stated that people are leaving COP by someone who has no facts to back up the statement. COP is not losing anyone.

Since it was stated that people are quitting left and right....would anyone care to comment on this. Is it due to poor company morale after the layoffs for the past 3 years? Poor company performance or just that things are busy and people are getting lured away by better offers? Just curious, not looking to start some type of internet fight. I guess it seemed odd that this company had layoffs when there are many opportunities out there which equates to things being busy and oil prices are pretty healthy. Seems like a lot of companies have been settled in with head count after the downturn quite some time and are even hiring people. So it seems odd these guys seem to still be trying to figure out how many people they need after all of this time. Thanks for any comments.
