Poor Hock.. $85 could have bought Qualcomm with board approval.. He played games with his 79/82 offer and lost.
Strange acquisition.. Indicates "all is not well" @ Broadcomm.
Qualcomm broke Hock.. He is completely lost now. I'll be interested in their stock when it drops to $100.
How would anyone expect equity based compensation if one group owns all of the equity. Why would I join that situation?
