what was deleted that Sears and Kmart will be combined under 3 regions. District managers will still report to only sears and kmart but also there will be district managers that will get cut on Thursday
OP can you kind of summarize what was deleted

Stop the conspiracy theories. Sears doesn't run this site. They have no control over what posts are removed. The thread was probably removed because somebody posted something on it and couldn't keep their potty mouth to themselves, so the whole thread disappears.
Last time I posted from my desk...I was deleted as well.
