Thanks Shira Goodman who walked away with millions. However, this started at Staples as soon as they got rid of Tom Stemberg. Remember when associates received stock grants and actually had ownership of the company? What about our stock purchase plan that continued to change as we lost the look back option? 401K now funded annually and if you leave before it January you lose it? Commission plans have been cut and cut and cut and now associates do the minimum because the plan dictates that if you sell more you make less.
The SLT are pig hungry animals who destroyed this company to maximize the bonus package. Hopefully Sandy Douglas is a true leader and will look at all of this and fix it, we shall see!!!!

It's incredible how many similarities between this video and what's going on at Staples. If your not looking, now is the time people... before your severance is thrown away and you are left with nothing.
