Thread regarding Juniper Networks Inc. layoffs

Juniper Stock Declined 2.5% in the First Six Months of 2018

Whoops! Here's the link:

https://finance.yahoo.com/m/9e2938a1-86fc-3ba6-b16e-4d608901736e/juniper-stock-declined-2.5%25.html

And the paid political shill from Italy tried to claim that the "stock was soaring"! Gives one perspective on the quality of management. Pathetic political losers are running the company. If they don't get rid of these non-performing, number-fudging morons, then they are truly doomed.

@TY8pOR8-gske If medication can improve your reading comprehension, make sure you do it, even if it has to be your lovely green cross thingy.

@TY8pOR8-fswm, Did you take your medications today?

Stay away from the pharmacy with the green cross.

So it is obvious now that if the stock price soars, people should buy because "baby. Last chance to buy cheap" (@TY8pOR8-1oih); and if it blows, then people should buy more as "At 22$ dividend return would be at 3.3% - would buy more because of that alone." (@TY8pOR8-6yyw).

I like it. BTW When do you guys think people should stop buying?

As part of well-diversified portfolio. Would fit nicely. You can't expect Juniper stock to perform as some startup, but exactly that makes it attractive for long term investors.

There are many stocks like verizon with more than 4% dividend return today. Why bother with a 3.3%?

At 22$ dividend return would be at 3.3% - would buy more because of that alone.

@TY8pOR8-2fzl Totally agree and that's what I did out of EMEA. Thins were fine for me, all of a sudden a useless political numpty with a Nero complex was dumped upon us, an ego the size of Texas. Bullying started, informed people internally and ultimately left. I had to believe that I deserved better than that and I was very pleasantly surprised once I started looking. Professional self-respect and peace of mind is paramount to personal and professional growth.

Best wishes everyone who is sincere here.

There are many reasons to believe Juniper is guilty of using “white lies” when it comes to financial reporting and HR matters such as layoffs. Bending the truth to one’s advantage seems like common practice at Juniper, just like many other silicon valley companies. These Companies and their leadership feel entititled to do such things, and get away with it for as long as they can. Sadly, when they do get caught, the leadership usually gets away with it, but the whistle blowers who are mostly hard working honest employees, pay the price by eventually losing their jobs. I have seen this happen at Juniper over and over again. Thats the reallity in silicon valley and life at Juniper is no different. Best solution is to let it go, and find a job at a company that doesnt need to be dishonest about it’s ‘faux’ success, before losing your job.

You mean all investors will be SORE where the sun don’t shine, when the Q2 results are announced?

That makes sense, but can it be proven?

It is time and the responsibiliy of the board of directors to oversee an investigation by a third party to make things right. In fact, the whole elliot management saga, and the IOP that followed appears to have had more to do with cleaning up the financial reporting than cutting expenses. Regardless, the C-suite also knows it is time to come clean... there is no way out now.

Number fudging is the name of the game at Juniper. It is business as usual and no one cares about honesty and integrity anymore. That is why there are layoffs to coverup - every quarter!
