@TVhr7uO-zvm I've been wondering the same for weeks now. There was a series of articles by David Halprin that also cited that the non-profit status was never approved. I think that goes towards Sen. Durbin's POV that DCEH was actually worse than EDMC.
I love that we as employees get more information from the media than we do our own organization.
This article says that the conversion to non-profit was never approved by Department of Ed. Why have all the school websites stated that we were non-profit for months now?
