The Kmart in my area just announced that they're closing this week. Not closing this week but beginning liquidation. Rides on the tail of the other area Sears closing that will be gone 4/9. The local Sears was on a recent list but the Kmart was not.

Kmart saugus is an dump, should of been closed yrs ago. The store hasn't been remodeled since early 80's
@Sti15v1-1pzf Its honestly a disgusting tactic that the company is doing on purpose. Basically trying to close stores quietly without trying to get the media riled up. Lets be honest Sears already has a bad reputation when you hear Sears you basically think of bankruptcy so at this point they are doing this on purpose.
Kmart #3333 in Saugus, MA just announced closing but was not on any list previously posted. Maybe this is the one? Or maybe several have already started closing before any updated lists come out?
This Kmart has people standing out in the road with the liquidator's signs saying 30% off & everything must go because so few people come in to shop there that no one would know this otherwise. Sad because they were a big deal when they opened here years ago.

Why not tell us where the store is located when you post a store is closing? We are not mind readers.
That Kmart must be part of the closing list referred to in the above post? There are probably more stores already starting the process that are under the radar.
