We should have a say in his salary not shareholders and board. He manipulates the stiovk reaps the benefit of a strong stock market and we suffer miserably I don’t know if we can afford literally and figuratively the rest of this year with this guy at the helm. Everywhere else in finance seems to be benefitting not just the stock and the top tier all except STT. Wrong in so many ways. I wish I could find a job elsewhere. I’m kicking myself for not leaving when I had the chance. Must be Stockholm syndrome.

Yep I am my coworkers just love spending 40% of our time having to as you say, edit/revise the
poor quality being done by India workers.
Too bad the Ceo and the Board of Directors have not had a serious meeting about rehiring
the U.S workers who did Excellent work to take over the jobs they lost to India.
Layoffs are continuing as we speak. I personally know of a few peers/coworkers who were just recently given a two month notice. This will just continue until the majority of the work is being prepared by our India team who is generating poor quality work that leaves most of us working long hours to edit/revise the final product to send to our clients. Not sure how/why no one seems to care about the middle class worker who is being outsourced.
7000 layoffs still looming. With that type of greed I’m surprised the number isn’t upped to 10000. There should be a walk out and leave him to do the job he’s so richly rewarded with. I know we’re all too chicken to do it. Shame we don’t have a union behind us or senator warren to protect us
