The 1st of April 2018 should be the first day of HWL company split before official spin off in September. But, there are no activities about it - splitting PDM, servers, systems... Any news in world-wide HWL locations ?

And, the ones who fef’d up the spin were rewarded with big titles, lots of stock and a big raise.

Both spin offs will be independent companies with their own stock. Not subsidiaries of Honeywell.

said there is no communication that I am aware of and rumor is that it will get better the 1st april.... not sure which year :(

@1zqe, if you are one of the brighter ones in the spin, you are probably not in a senior leadership role. Being part of the homes spin, you have to admit that it is a cluster at best. I feel like they are sending us off in a life boat that has a serious leak with no life preservers. Hopefully we can swim, because the people that are in charge are not going to keep this thing afloat for very long.

We have the idiots who f'ef up homes in the first place continuing down the do nothing, bad decision path. We have the brain trust in IT worrying more about laptop images than things like how to migrate Azure environments and contracts. Not to mention, they are building an org that makes no sense and will never be efficient. Someone on this board mentioned it being a dumping ground for idiots they didn't want to keep at Hon....it def is. Not saying that's true across the board but there's a lot of the lower IQ types going. You can stay with Hon and be decimated with the outsourcing and RIFs or go to the JV team and watch it implode slowly....great choices.
