Adios Chesapeckers!

Man i had faith, i really thought Lawman was going to do some good, I have sobered up from the kool aid. I have held on to thousands of now worthless shares of stock in hopes we could turn the ship. We did everything asked of us, we executed but the plan but the plan s---ed. I wish i would have received a severance & been paid to leave this dump.

I'm out after I get my bonus. This place has changed in the wrong direction in the eight years i have worked here. Upper mgmt. is out of touch. STX is toxic, management is obsessed with Trackopolis (you know lone worker we want you to be safe), should be obsessed with optimizing production.

Whew. This is entertaining. I’m glad I got a severance. Some of you are going to guzzle the kook-aide until the doors close and there’s nothing left to give. Especially a severance.

Yeah, devoting a whole day and a half to culture crap is way too much. It takes away from your time to get on websites and b%tch. I pretty sure I know who you folks are that are talking about STx based on conversation I overheard using just bout same words. Big mouths c9mr back to bite you. We will better off without you so please don’t wait to get your bonus just ask your boss for a severance to leave now. That way you can get on to being a bad employee somewhere else quicker.

Was it really only a year ago that we had the employee summit? And the new logo? And that big marketing push to investors highlighting all the awesome technology and cost saving efficiencies and how far we have come. The stock went up a bit briefly, optimistic feeling coming back, oil prices trending up, even gas prices not in the toilet.

We’ve come so far, but it seems hopeless now. Selling large assets in pieces now, won’t be anything left soon.

Once all is sold at whatever heartbreaking discount rate they agree to, including campus and other random stuff we own, won’t we still be in debt? What then? Will the collectors come take it in the blood or first born sons of the last few desperate hangers-on?

We all had faith in what was being told to us, Brother. We all drank the Kool Aid and marched into the fight ready to die for the campany and the cause. The buck stops with the leadership and they need to own it. Clean house at the top and the company may still have a chance. However, I am with you. After bonus is paid, I am out of this place too! If you are in STX . . . Get out now before Little Big Man takes over. Things are about to get worse under his leadership. He can not be trusted. He has reduced Mid Con to a pile rubble and will do the same to STX. Everyone needs to understand that he does not care about you, he is very judgmental of people, fake and leaves a body count.

Its hard to turn the ship when you devote incredibly to much time on culture change we desperately need a change at the top. Lets focus on the basics drill, complete, produce, repeat; not unfreeze freeze crap, not be here now SD crap. Core Values, Ok lets live them from the top to the bottom.
