@RWeuo34-6qyu your post is full of hate. Hatred is might burn others, but surely burn the hater. Yes, we should call out the racism in any post but reciprocating hatred is worse not better.

@@RWeuo34-4qur : Ah thanks for clarifying. You are not racist towards all races. You are just racist towards people you think are born in in India. Whats makes you think non of the guys whom you call india born are not actually born in the US? And if someone born in a third world country filled with poverty come and take up a top management role in an american company what does that say about you? And before you go on your racist spiel about how Indians cheat and scam the system and everyone to magically climb up the us corporate ladder and you guys watched and let it happen what does that say about you?

VD has 7 VPs and 9 directs under him. HS and PJ are the only 2 Indians. TW, TR, SB, KQ, RC (I think he is Mexican origin) are not Indians. Where is the imbalance?

Hey HR people... American faces can be white, yellow, black, red, brown I think the OP is referring to the unbalanced amount of Indian origin nationals replacing Americans (born and raised) in VP and up levels. You cannot deny this fact.

To equate being white with being american is not only an ignorant statement but a plain ignorant one as well. I hope Sabre hires more "non-americans" and DFW area get filled with them so that you will have a miserable life with all that anger and hatred in you. As part of the hiring committee in my team I will make sure I will give preference to this so called "non-Americans" in the future.

Post ID: @RWeuo34-1qjk is HR!! Just shut up, OK. It is well know that Sabre has been reported to Equal Employment Office many times, there are many charges. You should have respect for people regardless if their color, s-x, relegion

I’m convinced 90% of posts here are from trolls. This is the most disgusting topic of them all. Real employees of Sabre value the diverse culture we have and consider it a perk to learn from others around the world. We respect and care about our friends and co-workers and it makes me sick to see anyone post such ugly, degrading BS about another employee.

Who cares where they bring them ? You should be focused on how they run the business and not where they come from. I assume your yearly assessment was outstanding as well to be so intolerant against others.

Do you have to be American to be good at your job? If so that counts me and a great chunk of my colleagues out of the race.

Mask it however you want, you're still a racist. Leave if you don't like the company and how they run the business...plenty of options in DFW. If you can't change them, join them. If you don't want to join them, leave them.

  1. Most likely all of them are American citizens, so that makes them American.

  2. Your judgment based on skin tone makes you a racist. Unless of course all of them are incompetent, which is a different story.

  3. The Executive leaders are Caucasian and the company is still not doing well, so what does that say about measuring diversity thru the White lens?

Questioning competency of leaders is fair, but doing so on their skin tone is just racist.
