Thread regarding Enbridge Inc. layoffs

Lol Yammer

Anyone else get the email notifying them of the “company morale” thread on yammer? I’ve never seen so many pencil pushers hemmhorage out of their fingers by trying to show that they’re team players by lying or sugar coating. It’s a painful joy. If you’re into that kind of thing.

Lol point to which part of the conversation on Yammer is "productive". It's just a nicer version of the same BS on here where everyone starts their post with "thank you."

At least the conversation on Yammer is productive, meanwhile 75% of the posts on this site are either untrue, uniformed or simply trolling us.

There are 3 or 4 posts of substance but not one from any of the hundreds of senior leaders across the organization.

No BS. Management isn't going to use it as a reason for termination.

@RJW8UNo-6ghb - I call BS on your story. If it were remotely true the terminated ex-employee could bring suit. Your claim is BS. #fakenews

The Ethics hotline is a way to weed out complainers and whiners. Honestly. I've witnessed it myself when a coworker was constantly tattling. This person called that number whenever absolutely anything wasnt going their way. People dont GET fired....they fire themselves. That person was let go 16 months ago. Do you really believe that any business or manager wants to deal with complainers? it never crossed my mind to ever use that hotline.

The "Ethics" Hotline is a joke. It's a good way to tip off management so they can get their story straight. Wanna paint a target on your back, call that "anonymous" hotline and see what happens.

What are you on about, scamming hydrotesting? We have an ethics hotline if you know something.

Wait until the Michigan folks figure out how the kings in the castle “ scammed all the hydrotesting” then will see the dirty rascals run!!! The gig is up and non disclouser agreements cant stop regulators from discovery.

There are some real gems here!

"It’s a painful joy. If you’re into that kind of thing." and "The dog caught the car and has no idea what to do with it."?!!!

Keep them coming, boys!

The ones who want to stay get let go, and the ones that need to go get to stay. Just the way Enbridge operates. Not everyone who wants to leave may be in a position to do so. There are very few people who actually approve of the way the merger is being handled. The dog caught the car and has no idea what to do with it. This whole ordeal is a complete joke. It will make an interesting case study in the future for students seeking their MBA .
