I doubt it will affect anyone who’s rifed. It had a start date in the email. Depending on your pay cycle it starts in March. And if you didn’t get the email it doesn’t affect you.
Maybe this is to stop the Ambulance chasers offering Class Actions against the company. Can't do that when you punch.
How will this affect those who are released early, if at all?
What's the big deal? PHCs have been hourly for a long time. We have survived and have met our numbers
Another way for them to save money! And make us use all of our PTO, instead of taking UPTO for medical appts, etc.
I watched the video in the embedded link. Doesn’t look like a big deal switching to hourly. But why send out the info before the RIF is announced. Now you have all these people worrying over something they won’t be here for. Needless.
Well, now I know what I am going to do if I don't get laid-off. NO WAY AM I GOING TO KEEP WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY. It isn't worth my time to clock in and call a few members from my roster and end up with them being UTC, and having to use my PTO to make up the remaining time so I get a full 8 hours. I can get a job outside the home if I want to be paid hourly and I will be paid more that my salary divided by 2080. Good bye, Humana.
If you look on your pay slip, hourly rate is already listed and always has been
Wonder how they will determine our hourly pay.
We were told OT will never be approved, no exceptions.
Seems like this whole change is just a way to micromanage us even more. Jesus Christ, I hope I'm laid off.
Maybe they should fire those complaining and MIA and leave the otown gets alone
Explanation? People complaining about working over 40 hours? People flexing constantly and not making numbers? People MiA all day?
No real explanation? WTH???
Seriously , this can't be good
yea a way to control everything. and we have to have approval for overtime... which will never happen...
