If you don't understand how H1b is related to labor, labor cost, and layoffs you need to get your head out of the sand. You're certainly wasting your time in this forum if you don't have a grasp of such basic concepts.

Intel corporate practices and the largest security flaw in history certainly are related to layoffs.
Lots of unconfirmed rumors, opinions stated as fact, and people trying to advance their own agenda under the guise of reporting "facts."

Maybe the ceo dumping his stock foreshadows the layoffs. Once stock tanks, the layoffs will begin
