Oakland had the brains and the b@lls
I was told by multiple supervisors that left that the smartest thing we could of done was to vote yes for the union cause this place is ruthless and I'll say this I'm glad we did vote yes.
The best thing Oakland did was go Union. The rest of the company should have followed. A previous employee from the management end told me after leaving the company that the best thing the employees can do is go Union. Altice is ruthless they do not care about anything but their pockets. The rest of the company that voted no got hillburned.
Same no changes
status quo....nothing changed
QnkR0NO-llo don't be mad
Everything stays the same as last year even without a contract.
@QnkR0NO-llo. That sounds like coporate pig treatment. Realistically I would see Oakland is the same as last year while the rest saw increases. Either way it's more important what charters benefits are like cause that's the way it's looking for 2018.
Why no, they get 100% free health care along with job security for life and 50% raises per year and 20 paid holidays. It's right in that contract they negotiated, you know the one they've never seen. You ATS dum f*cks are the only ones who have to pay more. Should have listened to no contract Oakland.
Increase on what?, coverage or premium.
