Slow down and do those bucket inspections. Heard those buckets falling apart. Fix em now while they are paying for it. Next year you'll be using that bonus to fix your bucket.

If you think running wire is easier than splicing it your way wrong buddy I've done both. One is way more physically demanding and it sure doesn't involve sitting down.
Your taking breaks because your not splicing your taping that cheap fiber to a strand .. so your whole day is a damn break

That is b---s---.I can tell you I take breaks ,I take lunch and if I need to go to the bathroom that bad I will leave and find somewhere to go and I still pull at least 2,000 ft of fiber.As far as heaters so you can splice stop being a wuss and man up we don't have heaters when we are outside all day pulling fiber. We also have straps and tape.
Techs need to stop thinking small. Dont focus on organizing shop to shop. We need to organize as a company. That's the only way to get things back on track and protect what we have left.

Fleetmatics is used in a lot of companies. I was questioned by some employee and my supervisor / manager why my truck was parked down the shore for 2 days. When i live in north jersey. Long story short the fleetmatics tech entered the wrong key fob number . Had me like one foot out the door for nothing .

We have a Construction tech following US vis Fleetmatics !!!!! He doesn’t work he is just watching the trucks all day !!!! No porta potty here either !!! You move the truck and they on U quick fast !!!! No lunch No breaks !!! Just crank out your PDOs all day on a bumper !!! No fiber truck no tools !!!!
