It's not all lies. What department or should I ask what part of management are you in? I have yet to see any black and white documents showing the incentives we have to earn bonuses. It may be true for field service but for my department there are none that I am aware of and many other people from my department have yet to hear or see of any. If you know of them and where they can be found for all departments then please advise me of where I can find them, because I can not find anything on the marquee. And the management team does s--- because they do not make their selfs available for us one bit in our depot. I can't tell you the last time I saw anyone above a supervisor in our depot. I will patiently wait for you to locate the incentives we were promised in black and white and post them or give a link for them.

We all want out. The management team s---s. I am still waiting for the training they promised for moving over to ATS after being bullied to do so. I am still also waiting for the bonus incentive earnings they promised us that would be in place by October or November, which I have in black and white to prove it was promised. Hey management.. if your reading this please offer packages so you can meet your numbers like your other stupid matrix numbers.
