Do we know if we are done with layoffs for a while? I thought the last round was it at least for the foreseeable future, but then I saw a few people mention more incoming layoffs and I am no longer sure. Do we have any information on possible layoffs or is it just in the realm of speculation right now?

Think. Think. First of all, the India thing is not a rumor. It is a fact. I am helping train them virtually. We have people there (in India) now on the ground training.
Secondly, this is a business. If Allstate can save even more by subbing the QFC work to India, why wouldn’t they? Allstate should do whatever it takes to compete in the insurance industry. The issue is not direction...it is transparency.
Oh, that’s right, the objective of this site is to spread rumors and create angst.
Do you really believe we would go to the time, expense and effort to build out the centers in Charlotte and Dallas, including many relocations if that was our plan ?

Once the India QFC doc adjusters get fully trained (Allstate currently training photo estimating in India right now) there may not be much need for the US based QFC estimators. Could take a year or a couple of years, but India is writing US auto damage estimates as of now.
Apropos of what ?
wait till the earnings report early next month
Apcc (print center) will be closed in 2018,
The Chief Claim Officer has said repeatedly that there are no plans for any reductions in force, or layoff’s. We can believe him, or the rumor and speculation. For the record, they told us 6 months in advance that there were going to be auto layoff’s.
