HPE folks got a sweet box for Diwali, while the DXC would be given the WFR letters immediately after Diwali.

This is the rumor that I heard... I cannot recall from whom, it might have been one of my head-voices (which are VERY reliable!).
The Meggot was asked about giving Diwali sweet-meats, at HPE expense, to employees in India... Meggot-Minions knew far better than to even bother asking about giving sweet to Indian contract workers as well!
The Meggot flew into a rage, and said that the Indian workers should be given boxes with small amounts of clearly labelled beef, pork, and, for good measure, whale meat... Which would have been enough to anger just about everyone over there!
The adult-day-care-workers were able to hold their own, and restrain The Meggot, so there were NO boxes given out at ALL!
So be grateful... Sometimes nothing is better than something!
DXC page is at https://www.thelayoff.com/dxc ...
As of now, this is place to unload the crap about HPE as well as DXC, until a separate page is created for DXC. Don't forget that until 2 months ago what you just called as "DXC crap" was part of the company you dearly call as HPE.
Who cares
Hilarious
Post your DXC crap elsewhere.
Diwali is a major festival in India which is a time for celebration for a prosperous year. Here sweets are commonly distributed by most employers to the employees. While HP/HPE used to give a box of sweetmeats, DXC fu*king management has tried to save money.
Now DXC will get nothing but sh1t for the whole year.
Even, I work for HPE India. We never received any sweets or Diwali gift. Teams which has received this has used its own cost.
I work for that team where it's management sits in another part of the world and are least bothered about Indian Sentiments.
They are just worried about cheap labour
My guess is, this is a OP from India where Diwali is a national festival. Apparently HPE handed a box of sweets to all employees there.
What does this mean? Please give a better intro message.
