Another thing @1zcg should know is, HPE Aruba does not even have an office in the island of Aruba. It is just a name for the company.
Interesting true fact: The CEO of Aruba has never been to Aruba. They named the company after a tropical island so the employees would feel happy each day when they went to work
Why Aruba... HPE pays less corporate taxes there? Dirt-poor people ("Arubans"?) will work for a half-cup of roach stew a day, and a rat-fur coat once per month? Or both?
More to the point... If I renounce my American citizenship and move there, is that enough to bypass HPE's "blacklisting" of laid-off employees? Or do I have to change my name as well?
That's normal. There are plenty of jobs being hired for HPE. It's just a case of finding one that suits your skills, and applying. Aruba is pretty hot stuff, so go for it....
