Maybe Change will start making the fat cats in upper management across the board get out of their offices and be more accountable? I have never seen a company with so many VPs/AVPs/Directors and Assistant Directors. Its too top heavy and has now impacted those hard workers at the bottom.
The thing that pissed me off was how some were told to work from home and then told in a conference call. That just goes against the culture style they gave been promoting.

ICARE is not a CHC principle- it's McKesson's- you were sold. They hid it in "we hired you" phrasing but basically you were sold, as has happened to us many times before. Now put on your big boy panties and brace for all the c__p you've seen happen all the times before. A new VP arrives and we've got "too many middle managers" cans them all- new guy comes in hires a bunch of middle managers. Unless you are up there you can't change their plans and can only see the writing on the wall like the rest of us. So thanks for the update on Newton! Some of us are looking for missing contacts.
