But if I were management and I read what my peers have written on this site, I would be totally embarrassed in allowing them to represent management when they're putting their foot up their mouths. To read how they express themselves, the lack of capital letters where they belong, the grammar used without proofreading or foresight is beyond comprehension. And to think these same morons are evaluating your reviews! They are proof that the President of the U.S. should increase government spending on education. Of course,,, it's too late for these imbeciles.
But to ALL employees... you're in deep sheet. Because the worse is yet to come.
I've mentioned this before in other threads. And some of you guys just won't believe or accept them. You have that freedom of choice. I NEVER just said things out of my imagination. I proved them with FACTS, DATA and experience. If a website provides the info, I present the link. And we never hear about the website being wrong, only that the response was all B.S.
If management insults your intelligence ... then it's OK.
If management insults your work ethic... then it's OK.
If management ignores your reasoning and concerns.... then it's OK. All this, while saying they have nothing but love for you.
My posting was deleted because it struck a nerve. When management rebukes a response of mine, I'll return with a rebuttal. And suddenly it ends there. I do NOT attack. I counterattack. It irks management when someone "dares" to challenge them. They get especially pissed when they can't figure out who the hell this guy is. Any current employee would not attempt to do so, for fear of repercussions, fear of being "blacklisted", fear of payback from the backdoor, fear from wondering if the guy next to you has suddenly become a company informant.
SO HEAR THIS MANAGEMENT.... your futile reactions will only incite and encourage your remaining workforce. They see what you are doing. They hear what you are saying. They know you can't be trusted. They see what you have done to the workers and morale of this company. AND THEY DON'T LIKE IT. They were here BEFORE you arrived. They're tired of your B.S. And your employees didn't just make this up. This was a slow process in the making. And then... BANG... BANG... BANG... workers are let go, sick and personals reduced, a stricter review criteria, and the list goes on and on. All created to make sure wages are controlled.
And you say you love your employees.
Then you bring out your big cannon..... and POW... you HAMMER their wages. Not by 2%.... not 4%... not 6%. But a WHOPPING 10%. As though 10% is not a big deal. Let me tell you, there's a difference between taking 10% away from an employee earning $40,000 a year, as opposed to another earning $100,000. And that's just the first option they have.
In the meantime, you say you love your employees.
And your second option is nothing but a future firing or layoff ready to happen. And being transparent as you say you are, YOU will NOT tell them they'll be gone soon. What a setup. They can refuse to take a salary reduction and accept a 2% bonus. How dare these employees take YOUR MONEY and refuse a payroll cut. The nerve they have. To earn MORE than what YOU say they should be making. Forget rising medical bills, rising rents, rising food prices and providing necessary clothing for their children. THAT'S THEIR PROBLEM.
Is there any wonder WHY a majority of your technicians decided to take a pay cut? Could be it that they knew their refusal would mean dismissal? Could it be they were afraid to lose their jobs? Could it be that the "language" used in the wording and your previous history installed fear for their careers? The answer is NO.... YES.... YES.... and YES.
But the needs of the company COMES FIRST. An unknown European company out of nowhere will decide the future of American workers. Sure, they'll be some casualties along the way. As long as YOU, management, is NOT a part of the casualty list, then everything is fine. Hurting those who work outside ALL DAY, no matter how bad the weather may get, as YOU sit comfortably in your 2-piece suit, with the power to ruin someone's career.
Your employees can sense bull sheet a mile away. And they despise the smell. As far as they're concerned.... YOU STINK! And because YOU are against them, then they need to be against you. You want to kill their voice and they're finding a need to create one. You've closed your ears to their cries, so they will close theirs.
All this, while saying you love your employees.
You wonder why your employees are leading towards a union. Your employees will now EXPECT YOU to play nicey-nicey with them, waiting for any givebacks you might offer them, which later, you will retract. Your employees "see" you are locked in "desperation mode". It is no surprise to them that you threaten and perhaps, blame your HR departments and management for a depot going "union." But trust me, your employees are showing the same compassion you showed those whom you mercilessly let go.
Employees are tired of your bull sheet. And they can't stand the smell.
And they ask YOU to just be a decent human being.... and flush that sheet down YOUR toilet.... AND NOT THEIRS.
It's time to YOU-nionize!
