Negative threads from Management Are NEVER deleted.

But if I were management and I read what my peers have written on this site, I would be totally embarrassed in allowing them to represent management when they're putting their foot up their mouths. To read how they express themselves, the lack of capital letters where they belong, the grammar used without proofreading or foresight is beyond comprehension. And to think these same morons are evaluating your reviews! They are proof that the President of the U.S. should increase government spending on education. Of course,,, it's too late for these imbeciles.

But to ALL employees... you're in deep sheet. Because the worse is yet to come.

I've mentioned this before in other threads. And some of you guys just won't believe or accept them. You have that freedom of choice. I NEVER just said things out of my imagination. I proved them with FACTS, DATA and experience. If a website provides the info, I present the link. And we never hear about the website being wrong, only that the response was all B.S.

If management insults your intelligence ... then it's OK.

If management insults your work ethic... then it's OK.

If management ignores your reasoning and concerns.... then it's OK. All this, while saying they have nothing but love for you.

My posting was deleted because it struck a nerve. When management rebukes a response of mine, I'll return with a rebuttal. And suddenly it ends there. I do NOT attack. I counterattack. It irks management when someone "dares" to challenge them. They get especially pissed when they can't figure out who the hell this guy is. Any current employee would not attempt to do so, for fear of repercussions, fear of being "blacklisted", fear of payback from the backdoor, fear from wondering if the guy next to you has suddenly become a company informant.

SO HEAR THIS MANAGEMENT.... your futile reactions will only incite and encourage your remaining workforce. They see what you are doing. They hear what you are saying. They know you can't be trusted. They see what you have done to the workers and morale of this company. AND THEY DON'T LIKE IT. They were here BEFORE you arrived. They're tired of your B.S. And your employees didn't just make this up. This was a slow process in the making. And then... BANG... BANG... BANG... workers are let go, sick and personals reduced, a stricter review criteria, and the list goes on and on. All created to make sure wages are controlled.

And you say you love your employees.

Then you bring out your big cannon..... and POW... you HAMMER their wages. Not by 2%.... not 4%... not 6%. But a WHOPPING 10%. As though 10% is not a big deal. Let me tell you, there's a difference between taking 10% away from an employee earning $40,000 a year, as opposed to another earning $100,000. And that's just the first option they have.

In the meantime, you say you love your employees.

And your second option is nothing but a future firing or layoff ready to happen. And being transparent as you say you are, YOU will NOT tell them they'll be gone soon. What a setup. They can refuse to take a salary reduction and accept a 2% bonus. How dare these employees take YOUR MONEY and refuse a payroll cut. The nerve they have. To earn MORE than what YOU say they should be making. Forget rising medical bills, rising rents, rising food prices and providing necessary clothing for their children. THAT'S THEIR PROBLEM.

Is there any wonder WHY a majority of your technicians decided to take a pay cut? Could be it that they knew their refusal would mean dismissal? Could it be they were afraid to lose their jobs? Could it be that the "language" used in the wording and your previous history installed fear for their careers? The answer is NO.... YES.... YES.... and YES.

But the needs of the company COMES FIRST. An unknown European company out of nowhere will decide the future of American workers. Sure, they'll be some casualties along the way. As long as YOU, management, is NOT a part of the casualty list, then everything is fine. Hurting those who work outside ALL DAY, no matter how bad the weather may get, as YOU sit comfortably in your 2-piece suit, with the power to ruin someone's career.

Your employees can sense bull sheet a mile away. And they despise the smell. As far as they're concerned.... YOU STINK! And because YOU are against them, then they need to be against you. You want to kill their voice and they're finding a need to create one. You've closed your ears to their cries, so they will close theirs.

All this, while saying you love your employees.

You wonder why your employees are leading towards a union. Your employees will now EXPECT YOU to play nicey-nicey with them, waiting for any givebacks you might offer them, which later, you will retract. Your employees "see" you are locked in "desperation mode". It is no surprise to them that you threaten and perhaps, blame your HR departments and management for a depot going "union." But trust me, your employees are showing the same compassion you showed those whom you mercilessly let go.

Employees are tired of your bull sheet. And they can't stand the smell.

And they ask YOU to just be a decent human being.... and flush that sheet down YOUR toilet.... AND NOT THEIRS.

It's time to YOU-nionize!

Own hard money Hr, come on now! you borrowed it, the only real money in all these transactions was from the canadian pension fund. The one you and your team quickly took away from us when you got here in 2012 pension blue collar money you never spend your own money.

How many times have you been so busy, you couldn't even stuff your fat face? Would you be so optimistic if you did not have a signed contract yourself?

Can I ask an honest question here?

Why does Altice care if we choose to have representation?

Don't we have a right to organize if we choose to?

I understand you give us the information on the pros and cons on a union, but that is where it should end. It's our choice not yours on what direction we choose to go.

One would imagine from your heartfelt responses. That you would somehow be at the forefront of whatever movement you think your inciting. We here at Altice USA applaude your efforts. But unfortunately your words ring hollow. Everything you say is conspiracy at best. No proof whatsoever that we plan to layoff or come after technicians who didn't take the cut. Frankly much of what you say makes no sense on the business side of things.

Your running on internet propaganda and trying to twist our good nature into something it's not. One has to wonder what's n it for you? Why all the lies? History has shown when all you can do is turn into a grammar nazi about certain things. It usually means someone said something that hit home. You my friend are not the leader of a movement, or a fighter of the oppressed. You are just a lone soul behind a computer running a harsh smear campaign based solely on your negative perception of skewed out of context facts.

Again you don't understand the nature of business. No one likes to fire anyone. We are not heartless monsters out to ruin lives. Our leaders invested their own hard earned money to buy a company and profit from the investment. Like anything you buy, you'll want to make better. If you buy a house you tear down a wall to make a living room bigger. If you buy a car you change the rims etc. We never forced anyone out. We gave everyone various options. Whether it was severance packages, or ATS options we gave everyone a choice. Furthermore the loss of sick time, bonus, and vacation was a hard choice for all of us. But a necessary one in today's changing telecom market.

It's easy to think we have so much money, we are global, etc. but if you own any kind of business you understand the difference between actual and liquid assets. Taking money from areas we feel are a hinderance to future growth and not worth the effort of keeping is never an easy choice. But that's what separates those who are successful from those who are not.

You might say dexter goei buying a mansion in manhatten contradicts what Iam saying. But in fact it does not. Mr. Goei has worked very hard and deals with a great many difficult and stressful business situations that require a level of education not achieved by many. He has earned the right to indulge in his success. As each of you have the right to indulge in yours. Your life directly reflects how much you invest in it. Do not blame others for having less. Make better choices do more with your time and money instead of being the victim in a world that demands more Han most are willing to give.

Your belief that a union will save your fellow technicians is as foolish as your rhetoric of lies about what this company is trying to achieve. We will continue to move forward with our aspirations that include all who are willing to join us in this great endeavor. Those who choose not to because of unfounded accusations you happily spread will see the dangers of following someone who is faceless and full of apparent rage and vengeance over some perceived misgiving. You have a personal vendetta that's evident in the way you present a constant barrage of false, old, or out of context views.

Your not helping these technicians at all. Your only hurting the very ones you claim to care about. Your derailing them from a prosperous future with ATS. But I do believe your true intentions will eventually be revealed like that of a false prophet.

If you feel strongly that we are somehow breaking laws and ruining lives because we hate America. Why not take this fight to court present your so called facts and misgivings in a court of law. Reveal yourself to the media and speak to the world about the monster called ATS that's ruining America.

Chill, bro, and check the site rules. No room for conspiracy theories, things are simple here, stick to this site's rules and your posts won't get deleted. No name naming, no personal insults, threats, thinks like that. So it must have been something like that in your deleted post. I've been here for more than a year, and never seen posts deleted if they weren't malicious in one way or another. A lot of posts here are signed with Obeeone nick, all of them were hitting someone's nerve, so one can say for sure it's not that.
