to HR, how have we benefited as employee's since Altice took over. We have seen our employee benefits assaulted month after month. What is greater? our anxiety levels, managements dishonesty. Nothing is better! There is not a single tech that believes any of that BS. Techs are just to scared to open their mouths for fear of reprisal. Most of the talented employee's left this rat ship. I'm on my way out, Altice could double/triple my salary and I wouldn't stay. Altice has no INTEGRITY what so ever. I believe in working for an organization that has moral and ethical values. This might be the European way, but not the American nor mine. I've never been PRO UNION, but do something to protect yourselves or at least make things more difficult for Altice. TECH'S, I think you owe them that much for ALL that they have done for us so far. HR, how do you sleep at night? What's your price? You too will become irrelevant to Altice soon enough. SMFH!

Obviously you can't appreciate working for us. What exactly is it you want that we haven't given? Our PTO system in 2018 is on par with the industry standard. A focus on 401k instead of pension is also the industry standard. Nothing we've done is out of the norm. I challenge you to find a company that can do better and give you more. Some companies don't even pay medical but we still do. In today's market cuts and sacrifices must be made in order to stay in business. Why do you think all these merges are happening? Why do you think Dolan mentioned once the future is about all telecom companies working together? I don't think any of you understand just how much the employment landscape has changed.
But it's ok your scared we understand. But let me tell you this if your only if you think union will change our plans or return what you feel was stolen. You will be very disappointed. This is a new era in telecommunications. We want you to enjoy your stay and grow with us. You have nothing to fear but the very people who promise you big things they can't realistically provide. Just trust us and go with our promise of a better future. It's not as bad as you think. It's just the way your looking at it that makes it seem so.
