Message to Newark techs:

Many of us are unaware of what actually happened last June and the reasoning behind the union withdrawing right before the election. But now that you have filed once again, it is safe to assume that this time you guys are on point mentally and 100% ready to make this happen.

Expect the dog and pony show to arrive early next week to your shop. Please do not allow these corporate clowns to derail your mission. They are going to beat your brains with all their anti-union propaganda and ATS rhetoric.

Stay strong, and know that you have the support of technicians from all across the footprint.

They key is not to believe in either the union or the company PROPAGANDA. If someone said the other side is telling all lies they're obviously full of it. Both sides are telling truths, but the propaganda is BS. Look for facts, on both sides. Don't get caught up in emotion. You're decision is final and life affecting.

Personally I prefer to depend on myself and ride it out with the company but make up your own mind. I couldn't deal with the union nonsense everyday at work for the rest of my career. And relax Oakland, you don't have anyone's back. Stop trying so hard to get me stuck in your mess.
