Be very careful what you ask for, a couple of us have 20 to 30 in 4 crafts that can move this slop freight with “better quality of life” and have fun doing it even in this f’d up time!!
Nah aint had no run ins but if you had trainmasters like we have on this subdivision ud understand, a--holes that dont care about you or your family! They sent one back on his seniorty this week, transferred in few months ago 5 yrs seniorty and arrogant as they come. Ik how family feels an wouldnt wish anyone to get fired but its time managemnt gets a dose of there own medicine
I'm guessing by Mr. Conductor's attitude he's had a run in, or two, or three with rules violations. Of course he was completely innocent in all that, so any manager who would write him up had to be crooked. Kind of like a guy I know who was disciplined for leaving work less than halfway through his shift without punching out and then claiming a full days wages because he "forgot" to punch out. He blamed management for investigating, following a full week of this, and finding him on camera walking out of his work area with his boots under his arm and leaving the property in his personal vehicle... every single day. F-ing managers.
But that's beside the point. Anyway, he should remember that not only are there a lot of managers falling back on their seniority, but the ones that are left will be the ones who follow the company line to a T.
Be careful mr conductor some of those managers have seniority in the field. Hmmmmmm
