Now I read from a posting below that ATS is lowering the amount of time needed to complete installs.
One question: will you guys have time to eat lunch?
ATS is firing the first shots. The first of many to come. And they are not done. Their next step is to prepare the scales for wage increases. Minimums and maximums will be etched in stone. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. Any failures incurred by YOU to make the minimums, even if it is by a fraction... just won't cut it. That's why they're hitting this category first.
Strange.... the atmosphere you guys have allowed to happen was similar to the atmosphere of the contractor warehouses I often visited.
Yet..... you are not contractors. Or, are you?
Pretty soon, you'll be lucky to receive cost-of-living increases.... IF YOU QUALIFY.
Man, oh man......... YOU GUYS ARE GETTING BURNT !!!
And it seems like you really don't care.
Wait till the summer rolls along when fewer people desire cable, since they'd rather spend the time outside, and use that "cable expense" on more important items.
You'll see.
