Other countries will pile on. It might reach 52 week low. These tend to go to extremes. Not a bad price but not bad entry point at PE of 14. Buy half strategy. The uncertainty is earnings. Cell phones growth has slowed since everyone has one and there is nothing new coming into cell phones to cause upgrade cycle.

@nzz - QCOM is well-equipped to prevail against Apple in court. If anything, Apple should be sued as they were the ones that strongarmed QCOM into giving them license rebates and then broke the deal by giving Intel a part of its business.
